Weather Report is an independent publisher and apparel label from Cebu City, Philippines. A newsstand from the other side.

We make zines, Hayahay magazine, shirts, stickers, patches and postcards: objects sent out from inside an island city that never quite closes. Publications are the main transmissions. Postcards are the short ones. Shirts are messages you can wear.
